Girl Scout Cookie Recipes

In honor of Girl Scout Cookie booth sales which occur in the month of March, I have decided to share some links with you!

I am a former Girl Scout and have been a Girl Scout Leader for several years.

My co-leader (my Cookie Mom) and I have booth sales down to a science!

I always purchase extra cookies to not only enjoy with my family and friends, but I use them to make some awesome recipes!

I have also had a few parties where we pair the cookies with beer and wine!

The money we raise through cookie sales, supports the girls.

We are 100% girl lead.

They vote on what they want to do. They may want to learn about horse back riding. Therefore, we visit a horse farm and learn all about horses including riding horses!

We have visited places like Dunkin Donuts, Panera's, Pizza Places, TV Stations, Digital Newspaper Facility, Family Court Tour, Dr.'s Offices, Hospitals, Apple Farms, Animal Rescue, Airport Tour, and Silk Screening just to name a few!

They are hands on at all these places and more.

In addition, each month, the girls lead the meetings. They talk about, teach and perform hands on activities that they would like share with the other girls.

They are all "sisters." This is how they refer to each other. They are all my children! We are family. I want them to experience everything and anything they want to learn and explore.  Their parents are all hands on too!

When the kids are excited, the parents are excited. Each month we get together as families. This way we can all get to know one another and the kids can show us what they learned or teach us!

As families, we have done things like zumba, gone behind the scenes at musicals, worked at Dunkin Donuts serving customers, learned how to cook, make pottery and numerous other activities!

If you can, please support Girl Scouts! If you do not want the cookies, you may donate cookies to our troops!

A few suggestions:

  • Try freezing the thin mints! They are awesome frozen!
  • Buy extra! You can never have enough Girl Scout Cookies.
  • Try the recipes below.
  • Get the kids involved in helping make the recipes.
I thank you in advance for supporting Girl Scouts and trying some of these recipes!
